Studio policies:
Reservation
A %50 none refundable deposit fee is required to make any appointment and it will go through your service .
Arriving Late
Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.Please note, if you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be shortened so as not to delay the next scheduled guest.
Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments you select are reserved especially for you, therefore we ask for a 36-hour cancellation notice. We realize that emergencies happen but we appreciate your courtesy. any cancellation less than 36 hours to your appointment is subject to a cancellation fee depends to your service.
Cell Phones
In consideration of other guests, we ask that cell phones are turned to vibrate mode during your spa visit.
Check Policy
We do accept checks. However, all returned checks will have a $20 return check fee charged.
Credit Cards
Currently we accept most all types of credit cards.
Refund Policy
There is absolutely no refunds on completed services.
Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions
* Elegance Lash & brow ,at any time, reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion.
* For reasons beyond our control, Elegance lash & brow is not responsible for emailed gift certificates that do not reach their intended recipient. Bounced email is not monitored. Receipt of email cannot be verified. Elegance lash & brow can only verify receipt of the gift certificate, if the recipient of the gift certificate actually uses the URL enclosed in the email message to access the gift certificate using an internet browser.
* Gift certificates, and these Terms and Conditions, are subject to and governed by the laws of Texas, without reference to its principles of conflicts of law.
* If any provision of these Terms and Conditions should, for any reason, be held invalid, prohibited by law or unenforceable in any respect, such term will not apply. However, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall be enforced to the full extent permitted by law. A court of competent jurisdiction is hereby empowered to modify the invalid, prohibited or unenforceable provision to make it valid and enforceable.
* Risk of loss will pass to the purchaser of the gift certificate upon the electronic transmission of such gift certificate to the recipient or purchaser.
* Elegance lash & brow , ITS AGENTS AND AFFILIATES, MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CERTIFICATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CERTIFICATE NUMBER OR BAR CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND Elegance lash & brow’s SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CERTIFICATE.
